Jonathan joined Regal London in 2016 as a Non-Executive Director and was appointed Managing Director in January 2017 before assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer in July 2020. Prior to joining Regal London full time, Jonathan spent 25 years’ working in law, corporate finance, publicly listed funds and private equity. Jonathan is both a member of Regal London’s Executive Committee and Management Committee.
MARC EDEN | Investment and legal director
INVESTMENT AND LEGAL DIRECTOR
Marc joined Regal London in 2011, bringing with him a wealth of investment and legal experience. Having previously worked in business development raising finance for a number of technology companies and latterly as a commercial property solicitor, Marc is responsible for overseeing Regal London’s investment and legal functions. Marc was appointed to the Regal London Board in April 2016 and is a member of the Management Committee.

Paul co-founded Regal London in 1998 with friend and business partner, Simon De Friend. Prior to establishing Regal London, Paul had successfully established and sold a thriving residential agency. Paul has led the business from inception to today’s fully integrated business, with a specific passion on driving Regal London’s sales function worldwide. In 2019, Paul was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the PROPS Awards. Paul is both a member of Regal London’s Executive Committee and Management Committee.
DAMIEN CARTMELL | Managing director of construction
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Damien joined Regal London in 2015, bringing over 20 years’ experience across many sectors of the residential construction industry. Damien is responsible for Regal London’s in-house construction division, overseeing design, procurement and delivery of all Regal London developments. Damien was appointed to the Regal London Board in April 2019 and is a member of the Management Committee.

Simon co-founded Regal London in 1998 with friend and business partner, Paul Eden, having started his career in the property industry within the residential agency market. Simon has led the business from inception to today’s fully integrated business, taking care to preserve the agility required to deliver innovative and award-winning schemes. Simon is both a member of Regal London’s Executive Committee and Management Committee.
STEVE HARRINGTON | Planning director
PLANNING DIRECTOR
Steve joined Regal London in 2017 having previously worked as a planning consultant for over 10 years with involvement in a number of major and complex redevelopment schemes. Steve oversees Regal London’s planning applications from the initial feasibility and pre-application stages through to securing planning permission. Steve was appointed to the Regal London Board in April 2020 and is a member of the Management Committee.
WARREN SWIMER | Finance director
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Warren joined Regal London in 2013, bringing with him a wealth of experience. Having qualified as a chartered accountant, Warren worked for several fast growing SMEs as well as international businesses, managing finance teams across 23 offices globally. Warren is responsible for Regal London’s global finance operations and staff, was appointed to the Regal London Board in April 2016 and is a member of the Management Committee.
