Who we are
Regal London is one of London’s leading privately owned mixed-use real estate developers. We specialise in residential-led mixed-use developments and have delivered successful projects across London, from Kensington to Tower Hamlets and from Barnet to Shoreditch.
We focus on residential for sale and build to rent schemes, combined with mixed-use opportunities including hotels, flexible workspaces, retail and logistics, seeking out value and maximising opportunities for our partners from the most unexpected places.
Entrepreneurial in our approach, we are united by our passion for transforming this great city.
Founded over 20 years ago, Regal London has evolved from a team of two into a substantial, fully integrated business of more than 140 colleagues, taking care to preserve the agility required to deliver innovative and award-winning schemes.
Our first development was completed in Hampstead, North West London in 1999. Since then we have delivered over 2,000 residential units.
We are led by a highly experienced and entrepreneurial management team drawn from all sectors of the property industry with our two founders playing a key role in the business. The team is committed to value creation and uncompromising quality across all stages of the development lifecycle.
Our long-term, close partnerships and integrated approach are the foundation of our business and we pride ourselves in enabling those who work with us to share in our success be they landowners, investors or customers.

Regal London is a fully integrated business operating across the entire lifecycle of the asset, which means that we put the customer at the centre of everything we do, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality and service at every stage of the pre and post development process. This includes land assembly, land use & planning strategy, stakeholder engagement, sales & marketing, construction, customer care and asset management.
Our integrated approach means design and delivery is fundamental through the development lifecycle: we believe in creating some of London’s most aesthetic places in which to live, work and play.
In addition, our knowledge and years of experience mean we’re experts in navigating the complexity of London’s planning rules and regulations, which benefits us and our partners.
We operate across the entire lifecycle of the asset, with land acquisition, planning, stakeholder engagement, sales & marketing, delivery, customer care and commercial strategy all in-house by our exceptional industry professionals.
Our integrated business model has supported our continued growth for over 20 years while targeting high quality investments and prioritising sustainable value creation.
Our highly experienced construction team has a strong and proven track record of delivering major projects from inception through to completion.

The Regal London sustainability program – “Transforming London” includes:
• Launch of Regal London’s Real Estate Academy programme to support and give back to our local communities, specifically targeting veterans and those in disadvantaged social groups who suffer a lack of employment opportunities
• Commitment to environmental improvements which will support delivery of London’s Green agenda
• Delivery of net-zero carbon developments by 2030 through reducing embodied carbon and focusing on intelligent design, while maintaining the bespoke aesthetics and uncompromising quality that define us
• A new partnership working with sustainability consultancy, Greengage, to develop a clearly defined net zero roadmap and action plan
• Membership of the UK Green Building Council, with whom we are aligned on ambitions to radically improve the sustainability of the built environment
We will also be launching a first of its kind ‘pop up’ Training Academies, under our new Regal London Real Estate Academy scheme in exclusive partnership with Building Heroes. The on-site training academies will deliver social value to the areas of our city we work in and new opportunities to the local communities where we build.
To date, Building Heroes has worked with over 1,000 military veterans, providing construction skills and training, and supporting them into sustainable employment in the building and engineering trades.
The Regal London Real Estate Academy will utilise Building Heroes’ expertise to deliver the training programme to military veterans as well as working with local authorities to help members of underrepresented & disadvantaged local communities struggling to secure employment.
We are committed to making a lasting impact every day by supporting London’s veterans and underrepresented groups into real estate and long-term employment.
We will deliver net-zero carbon developments by 2030 through reducing embodied carbon and focusing on intelligent design, while maintaining the bespoke aesthetics and uncompromising quality that defines us.
We will also provide brilliant biodiversity across our developments as well as in the local areas, benefitting both the community and the environment, supporting delivery of London’s Green agenda in the process.
We believe that we can take a leading role in helping to transform London’s biodiversity to deliver even better and greener spaces through innovative design.
Regal London has joined the UK Green Building Council.
