    Simon co-founded Regal London (originally Regal Homes) in 1998 with friend and business partner, Paul Eden. He jointly oversees the running of the business and has been instrumental in its sustained growth and expansion of the portfolio from high end houses to larger commercial and residential-led mixed use schemes.  Prior to establishing Regal London, Simon started his career in the property industry as a residential agent at Druce & Co before moving to Hirshfields in London’s West End.

    Having developed a keen interest in the property industry at a young age, Paul initially dreamt up the idea for Regal London at the age of 13. By 17, he had set up his own agency to provide developers with residential opportunities, before founding Regal in 1998, at the age of 23. Since Regal London inception in 1998, the company has completed over 1000 units and is now a multi award winning developer. A respected industry figure, he is frequently featured in the media, both in the UK and Asia.

  • Jonathan Seal

    Managing Director

    Jonathan joined Regal London in 2016 as a Non-Executive Director and was appointed Managing Director in January 2017. He also Chairs Regal’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Regal, Jonathan was a Partner at Covenant Capital Partners, focused on providing growth capital for the fintech market. Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in law, corporate finance, public funds and private equity. He was previously a Partner at Nova Capital leading Nova’s new business activities across Europe and prior to that was a founding member of the team managing a listed pre-IPO growth capital fund. Earlier on in his career, Jonathan spent five years as a corporate financier, successfully advising on a large number of acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and capital fundraisings having previously qualified as a corporate finance solicitor with Hogan Lovells (previously Lovell White Durrant).

    Warren joined Regal London in 2013, bringing with him a wealth of experience to the company. After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2000 with Deloitte and Touche, Warren worked for several fast growing SMEs and international businesses, including an international freight forwarding group, a retail and TV shopping company, and a pharmaceutical company. In his previous role as Group Finance Director of a freight forwarding group, Warren managed finance teams across 23 offices globally, forming a number of group trading companies across countries within Europe, Asia and South America.

  • Marc Eden

    Investment and Legal Director

    Marc joined Regal London in 2011 and was appointed to the board in 2016. He is responsible for investment strategy, which includes raising and deploying capital for the company’s real estate developments. He also leads on investor and joint venture relations; and oversees the company’s legal processes and procurement. Before Regal London, Marc began his post university career in business development raising finance for a number of technology companies. He re-trained in 2003, qualifying as a commercial property solicitor within the UK’s leading real estate practice at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. Marc brings a wealth of corporate finance and legal experience to the company.

  • Paul Delaney

    Prior to joining Regal London, Paul Delaney was Group Construction Director at Ardmore Construction Ltd over a 27-year period during which the company experienced substantial growth, becoming both a main contractor and developer. Prior to this tenure, Paul was a Divisional Director at United House, where he helped secure and deliver high value residential projects in London, including a £60m build contract in Wharf Road and £170m development in Finsbury Park. Paul’s appointment highlights the progress of Regal London to date, and ensures the company’s continued expansion.

  • Damien Cartmell

    Managing Director of Construction

    Damien Cartmell joined Regal London in 2015, having previously worked for United House as Operations Manager, and brings over 15 years’ experience with him. Damien has a wealth of experience across many sectors of the residential construction industry, having previously worked at Barratt Homes, before moving to Ardmore Construction and then Bouygues. In his role of Production Director at Regal London, Damien is responsible for the design, procurement and delivery of all Regal London developments and leads the company’s in-house construction division.

  • Nick Smith

    Commercial Director

    Nick previously served with United House for 18 years, rising from Senior Surveyor to Managing Surveyor. During his tenure, Nick held full commercial responsibility for all projects, ranging from £5m to £50m in value. His considerable experience spans the RSL sector (both new build & refurbishment), as well as private and commercial development. Prior to joining United House, Nick spent five years in the Housing Division at Carillion, progressing from Surveyor to Senior Surveyor. His experience adds significant depth to the continued growth of the business, and his skill set and perspective will enable Regal London to progress with its ambitious business plan.

    International Residential Developments Director

    Trish joined Regal London in 2016 and brings a wealth of experience from a long career working with the UK’s top housing developers in international markets. Her responsibilities include investigations of future markets and working with our agents in the following countries: EAU, India, Turkey, China and Europe as a whole. Trish also promotes the brand and introduces new overseas clients to Regal London, guiding them through the purchasing process.

    Lucy joined Regal London in 2016 to head up the marketing department.  Drawing on many years of experience gained from the property and luxury goods industries, she has led the brand refresh for Regal as well as overseeing PR, marketing collateral and promotions to support the sales team and the wider business profile.

  • Jacob Sullivan

    Sales Director

    Jacob joined Regal London as Sales Director in 2017, bringing with him over 14 years’ experience in the London property industry. His early career was spent working in residential agencies throughout South West and Prime Central London, before stepping client-side into residential development at Berkeley Group. In his role as Sales & Marketing Director, he helped launch and deliver a number of high profile development projects in the UK, Asia and Middle East. Jacob’s most recent role before joining Regal was positioned between the UK & South of France, where he directed several exclusive development projects, dealing with HNW clients, private wealth funds and family offices. Jacob’s knowledge and experience will help complement an already successful Regal London team, with ambitious growth plans for the future.

    Eunice joined Regal London in 2014 and set up the Regal London Hong Kong office – the first overseas office for Regal London outside the UK. With her previous experience working in two of the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firms, Eunice raises the brand profile of the company and links up local agents in various sales jurisdictions across Asia including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, mainland China and other key regions.

  • Steve Harrington

    Planning Director

    Steve joined Regal in May 2017 having worked as a planning consultant for over ten years. During his time at GVA, and most recently as a Director at DP9 Limited, he worked on a number of major and complex redevelopment schemes. Steve oversees the team’s planning applications from the initial feasibility and pre-application stages through to securing planning permission. Notable projects have included Wood Wharf, Elephant & Castle Town Centre, Old Oak Common, and Regal’s Shoreditch Exchange.

    Ben Marsh joined Regal London in May 2017, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the London property market. Having worked at Berkeley Homes (Central London) for over five years, acquiring and securing planning permission for high profile developments in Belgravia and Wimbledon Village, Ben then moved to Crest Nicholson where, as Development Director, he was responsible for purchasing development opportunities across the capital. Ben has a wide range of expertise in all aspects of mixed-use land and development, from acquisition and optimisation of land values, to planning and commercial disposals.

    Nick is an award-winning designer with over 25 years’ experience working with some of the world’s leading residential developers, luxury retail brands, professional services firms and public bodies.  He has held senior positions at leading architecture and interiors consultancies and worked on a wide range of projects in the UK, Europe and Middle East encompassing new build, refurbishment and historic buildings.

    Nick joined Regal in 2017 as Design Director with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of design and creativity.  As the business continues to grow and widen its portfolio, he will lead the in-house design team and collaborate with the best design consultants to deliver great buildings which enhance their neighbourhoods and are a pleasure to live and work in.
