Orchard Wharf is a designated Safeguarded Wharf located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH). Since late 2016, Regal London has been in collaborative discussions with the Port of London Authority (PLA), the Greater London Authority (GLA) and LBTH regarding the redevelopment of the site.

The site will be redeveloped for a hybrid of uses; a last mile logistics warehouse comprising up to 7,200 m2 gross internal area (GIA) floorspace and up to 900 new homes.
