Using an existing office planning permission as the benchmark, Regal London recognised the opportunity to optimise the building design allowing 14 floors of hotel accommodation to be delivered in substantially the same building envelope as the previous 11 floors of office accommodation.
Planning permission for the hotel was secured in June 2019 and the building is due to be completed in 2021. The hotel will be operated by the Wilde by Staycity brand.
