You can furnish your new residence with the expertise of one of three accomplished interior designers.

Hand-select furniture items that align with your unique style. In addition to curating bespoke furnishings for your new property, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of free personalised, interior styling advice from a design expert.

Exchange on a 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartment at The Laundry or The Haydon by December 30th 2023, to receive this extraordinary offer.

  • The offer is for an interior design package, chosen by the customer and up to the value of £20,000 inclusive of VAT for The Laundry, E8 or £30,000 inclusive of VAT for The Haydon, EC3.
  • Customers must have legally exchanged contracts for a home at The Laundry or The Haydon, before 4pm on 30 December 2023.
  • This offer does not apply to any customer that had already reserved or exchanged on a home at The Laundry or The Haydon before 10am on 26 October 2023.
  • Customers can customise their package up to the value of £20,000 inclusive of VAT for The Laundry or £30,000 inclusive of VAT for The Haydon. Additional items can be purchased by the customer from the selected designer at an additional cost.
  • The offer and delivery of items in the package are only applicable to the apartment purchased at The Laundry, London Fields or The Haydon, The Minories.
  • Please speak to our Sales Team for more details on the interior design packages and styling options available.
  • No cash alternative is available. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Regal London incentive.
  • Regal London will share the customer’s contact information and new property details with their selected interior design company via secure email correspondence, to book a design consultation for the customer after exchange of contracts with the items then being delivered after completion.
  • The initial consultation with the interior designer can take place either over the phone or in person and will be no longer than 1 hour.
  • Subsequently, a comprehensive scheme will be prepared for the customer’s review, with collaborative adjustments made as needed (no more than 3 hours will be provided by the chosen designer on adjustments or producing the scheme).
  • Delivery of items from the package will be organised by the chosen interior designer and scheduled with the customer.
  • The package will be listed on the property reservation form as an Interior Design package.
  • Payment of the interior design package will be handled directly by Regal London, upon confirmation of a customer’s order by the designer and after legal completion.
  • If a customer’s property purchase does not proceed to completion, then Regal London will cancel the customer’s order in full and customer shall not be eligible to receive any of the items from the package or any monetary consideration in lieu.

JONATHAN SEAL

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jonathan joined Regal London in 2016 as a Non-Executive Director and was appointed Managing Director in January 2017 before assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer in July 2020. Prior to joining Regal London full time, Jonathan spent 25 years’ working in law, corporate finance, publicly listed funds and private equity. Jonathan is both a member of Regal London’s Executive Committee and Management Committee.
