NEW SHOW HOME LAUNCHES AT THE AVENUE

Regal London has launched a new three-bedroom duplex show apartment at The Avenue, a beautiful development of 68 new homes based in Queen’s Park, one of London’s most connected leafy suburbs.

One of the last remaining available apartments in the development, the three-bedroom, four-bathroom show home has been meticulously designed by renowned interiors experts DAPA. Styled with a neutral colour palette with subtle green feature pieces, the bright and airy interiors mirror the clean lines of the development’s exterior.

The stylish show home demonstrates the excellent specification throughout each of the apartments in The Avenue, including fitted wardrobes to all bedrooms, a contemporary German kitchen with quartz worktops, white sanitaryware and Grohe chrome fittings, and underfloor heating.

Each apartment in the development benefits from access to its own private outside space. Residents will also be able to enjoy facilities such as concierge, a fully fitted gym and communal courtyard.

Paul Eden, Joint CEO, Regal London, comments: “We are delighted to be launching the new show apartment at The Avenue in Queens Park. The area is popular with young professionals, families and downsizers. Excellent schools in the area are a key draw, alongside its incredible public transport connections.”

Located in popular Queen’s Park, an area of London which is often likened to a village with a park at its centre, there is a variety of cafes, boutiques, and leisure facilities close-by along with a weekly farmers’ market in Salisbury Primary School Grounds. The park also hosts outdoor cinema in the summer and a traditional English fete every year in September.

The Avenue is conveniently situated within walking distance of Brondesbury Park, Brondesbury, Kilburn and Queen’s Park stations, as well as being well-served by bus routes. There is also a cycle store and secure underground parking.
