At the Annual PROPS Awards Lunch, on 23 May, Regal  was declared Residential Developer of the Year.

Simon De Friend and Jonathan Seal collected the award from Neil Sinclair (the awards Chairman) and guest host, Martin Bayfield.  Simon, Joint CEO of Regal, commented: “We have worked tirelessly to achieve all that we have to date and are delighted to receive this award in recognition of our impressive portfolio of London developments, sustained growth in annual turnover, expansion into larger mixed use schemes and commitment to providing excellence for customers and our communities.”

Variety’s Annual PROPS Awards Lunch is one of the most significant property events of the year, honouring successful businesses and individuals in the industry as well as raising vital funds for powered wheelchairs for disabled children.  Regal Homes is a proud supporter of Variety, the children’s charity who campaign tirelessly to improve young lives, and recently donated a motorised wheelchair to aid the appeal.
